‘Ohana Sports presents our Winter Break Camp 2025

We are very excited to offer a range of activities this Winter Break!

Please see below for the activities and ages groupings!

All 4 days 8-2pm = $140

All 4 days Extended Day 7:30-4pm = $195

Primary programming will be between 8:30-1:50 each day. Drop off is suggested anytime 8-8:30 (but there is no mandatory drop off time) and pick up between 1:50-2 unless you add extended day to your cart for a 4pm pick up.

After you pay you should receive a confirmation email with all details from Squarespace.

Please complete 1 registration per child - sorry this is a pain, but it is much easier on our back end to have each child individually attached to a registration.

To finalize your order you need to complete a camp waiver for each camper within 1 hour of paying for camp unless you have already completed one in 2025 and your information has not changed. Unfortunately tracking down parent/guardians down to complete waivers became so cumbersome we had to make a policy that we will refund and cancel your registration if we don’t receive a waiver within an hour. https://www.ohanamartialarts.org/waivercamp

Epic Sports - Winter Break Style!

1st-6th graders

This group will play tons of fun active games and an assortment of different sports. Children with all abilities and experiences will have a ton of fun participating! We will incorporate and use different equipment including and not limited to badminton, Frisbee, soccer, field games, catch games, kickball, and tag games. We will include fun winter games with our soft snowballs and other fun themed games! Our focus is developing a growth mindset, sportsmanship, respectful attitudes, strong discipline and work ethic and improved coordination across many sports! Our programming is designed by our director Tara Brown!

Holiday and Winter Themed Fun

4, 5 and 6 year olds

and

1st -3rd Graders

This super fun themed camp will be filled with fun winter themed games, activities, crafts and more. The camp coaching team helps the campers to have so much fun using imagination, doing hands-on activities, moving their bodies, learning and playing! We will of course include our favorite ninja holiday book ‘Ninja breadman!’ This camp is run in small stations and the campers are never bored as they engage in the curriculum.

Advanced holiday arts and crafts with Coach Mary

3rd-8th graders

3 days of super fun jewelry and painting activities designed for upper elementary and middle school campers! All the most fun and awesome holiday themed crafts, painting, clay and more! Each day will include lots of creation and fun! This class is capped at 12 campers.

If your child has special needs or may need more assistance to be successful please let us know ahead of time. We will do everything we can to attempt to accommodate, but please realize our camp is not a good fit for all children - it is structured where campers are expected to participate in activities, it can be very loud and is on an open field. Choosing not to disclose camper’s special needs ahead of time is not fair to our staff or the other campers and typically ends up in a failed situation. It is much better to let us know how we can support your camper to be successful or let us help you decided if your campers will be successful or not in our environment. Our adult staff includes an Occupational Therapist and School teachers who have worked in inclusion classrooms. Letting us know what has worked or hasn’t worked in other environments will greatly benefit everyone. Our waiver explains that your camper needs to be able to safely operate in a 10:1 camper/coach ratio. Safely means that your camper, other campers and the staff are safe physically, mentally and emotionally. ____________________________________________________
