Complete 1 waiver below for each camper/student.

WE ONLY NEED 1 submission per camper per year - If you already completed a waiver this year and your camper’s information has not changed, you do not need to complete a new waiver after every registration.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any and all class/lesson/clinic/camp registrations that come in without a waiver. You only need to complete 1 waiver each calendar year - not every time you sign up. Our firmness is due to having to spend too much time tracking down parents to create our emergency contact list in a timely fashion. Thank you for understanding!
