Youth Personal Training with ‘Ohana Sports

Train Smarter. Play Harder. Stay Healthy.

At ‘Ohana Sports, we know that being a student-athlete is a balancing act. Most young athletes want to reach the next level, but they risk injury and overtraining by doing too much of the wrong thing.

We take a comprehensive approach to your development:

  • Customized Plans: Built around your goals and current season.

  • Science-Backed Training: Efficiency is our priority—get better in less time.

  • The "Third Pillar": Mastering rest, nutrition, and the mental game.

Your muscles don't grow in the gym; they grow when you give them the right fuel and recovery. If you bring the consistency, we’ll provide the science to get you there.
