At ‘Ohana Sports, we know that being a student-athlete is a balancing act. Most young athletes want to reach the next level, but they risk injury and overtraining by doing too much of the wrong thing.

We help train all athletes in all sports - off season and off day training plans to maximize your growth.

We take a comprehensive approach to your development:

Your muscles don't grow in the gym; they grow when you give them the right fuel and recovery.

If you bring the consistency, we’ll provide the science to get you there.

TRAINING SUMMER 2026

We are offering a summer full of training to help middle and high school athletes use their off season to grow! First you will submit your payment of $40 for a personal training program manual made for your athlete based on the input they submit.

Then we will refine and taylor your athletes program throughout the summer. Most Tuesday and Thursdays between 8 and 9:30 am we will offer a group session at Kealakehe Elementary field for those who attend. Once you pay for the training manual - there is no further cost to participate throughout the summer.

13 dates we will be training as a group - Trainings are optional - the $40 gets you your own personalized training plan for the summer. Only athletes with personalized training plans can attend these sessions.

June 2, 4, 9, 11, 16 (no sessions between June 18th-25th) 30

July 2, 7,9, 14, 16, 21 and 23.
